The Zeitgeist Movement - Definition: Working for change in the dominant intellectual, moral and cultural climate of the time. The Zeitgeist Movement is the activist arm of The Venus Project , which constitutes the life long work of industrial designer and social engineer, Jacque Fresco. Jacque currently lives in Venus, Florida, working closely with his associate, Roxanne Meadows. Now, let it be understood that Mr. Fresco will be the first to tell you that his perspectives and developments are not entirely his own, but rather uniquely derived from the evolution of scientific inquiry which has persevered since the dawn of antiquity. in the end it is a person who decides, machinery is just a tool. delegating a machine a decision making is not safe. who’s gonna manage these machines

We already delegate decisions to machines.
If your home gets too cold you set your heating to come on.
When it’s too dangerous or time consuming to weld parts of cars etc. we program robots to do it.
If your computer processor overheats it’ll automatically shut off.
These are just a few examples. It’s more efficient, safer and more importantly frees us from having to monitor and actually do these jobs.

Good video, but very long! They cities are amazing, I’d live like that in a heart beat, but the concept is waaayy ahead of it’s time. People aren’t ready for that yet.

@budakhan79 Machines ? Isn’t that a 19th Century term and it;s possibly where you belong because you are too late. Your, ahhhhhh,..machines are already here my friend so you may as well get used to what we’d rather call TECHNOLOGY. The reality is that humanity is doomed without technology as long as it’s used properly of course. Better pack up and move into the bush. Disconnect your power, leave your car behind and just about everything else you need for survival We’ll have it so don’t worry.
